We're looking for a Cluster Manager who brings people together, leads with impact, and helps shape the culture and performance of our store teams.

Role Overview

As a Cluster Manager, you'll lead a group of stores to deliver unforgettable customer experiences and build a strong, values-led team culture. You'll spend 2–3 days a week in your home store, with the rest of your time working closely with teams across your cluster; coaching, guiding, and growing their potential.

This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role, and is your chance to expand your impact, grow your confidence, and take the next bold step toward multi-site leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Be based in your home store 2–3 days a week, with the remaining days supporting your other stores across the cluster
  • Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver unforgettable customer experiences
  • Lead performance and culture through clear communication, aligned KPIs, and a consistent leadership presence
  • Support daily operations including rostering, stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance across all locations
  • Role model a values-led culture where expectations are clear, feedback is empowering, and people feel seen
  • Build strong relationships across dusk to support collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success

About You

  • You're a strong people leader with multi-site experience (or you're ready to step up)
  • You know that what you do is just as important as how you do it
  • You have a natural ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable with empathy
  • You thrive on clarity, consistency, and building a culture where people want to do their best work
  • You're confident navigating retail operations and enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment
  • You have a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
