About the Role:

We are excited to partner with a leading Australian menswear fashion brand in the search for a dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee multiple high-performing locations within the Sydney CBD. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing sales performance across the cluster, and maintaining a consistent, premium customer experience in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by motivating and training your team to exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service that translates into increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations with an emphasis on people management and sales, rather than operational tasks.
