About the Role:

As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee multiple stores within your region, working closely with the Retail Management Team to drive success across all locations. Reporting to the Area/State Manager, you'll be responsible for operational excellence, meeting sales targets, driving financial growth, and upholding our high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and inspiring store teams across your cluster, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Managing key operational tasks including rostering, inventory management, visual merchandising, reporting, recruitment, training, and coaching.
  • Driving sales and achieving KPI targets across multiple stores.
  • Cultivating a strong culture that aligns with Nine West's values.
  • Identifying and addressing loss prevention opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures across all locations.
