Cluster Manager
to lead our Sydney Metro
store network
.
As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee multiple locations to create an unforgettable customer experience. You will have a passion for customers and teams, and be a true business leader with proven results.
About The Role
Leading teams across multiple locations, with store-based work 2-3 days per week
Prioritizing customer experience in store
Leading and inspiring teams, coaching high performance aligned with company values
Achieving sales and KPI targets across your stores
Managing rosters according to trading patterns
Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Managing stock and preventing loss
Providing a safe environment for team and customers
To Be Successful, You Will
Have previous leadership experience in retail
Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Have a can-do attitude, inspiring and motivating teams
Possess excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Be able to set clear goals and achieve outcomes
Hold an Australian driver's license and own a car
