**THE ROLE**

Origin's Future Energy team is tasked with developing new technologies, products, experiences and business models to create value for our customers and our business. We do this through our Loop VPP (Virtual Power Plant) which provides connected energy solutions across thousands of customers and technology types.

As the Partnerships Operations Manager, you will play a key role in developing and growing Origin's Loop VPP through managing our partnerships operations delivering new value to customers and Origin in a decentralised and connected energy market. This role is a mix of operations, customer support and business development activities. You will be essential in forming long lasting relationships with partners from the energy ecosystem and ensure the successful delivery of these partnerships. That enable Australia's transition to low carbon economy, maximising value for our customers home energy assets. You will be responsible for:
Operations
- Supervise all operational aspects of partnerships in execution, including but not limited to contract support, reconciliation process, invoicing, payments, contract renewals, training support, customer support etc.
- Work in collaboration with procurement, legal, finance and compliance to ensure processes and engagement rules are adequately followed
- Review existing processes and provide feedback on improvement opportunities for more efficient management of network of partners

Partner / Customer support
- Train vendors on how to promote Origin Loop VPP in a compliant manner
- Support partners on the end-to-end process from marketing to enrolment and connection of customers to our VPP
- Provide vendor support and be the point of contact for vendors

Business Development / Commercial operations
- Build and manage relationships ranging with B2B partners of all sizes - from local installers, wholesalers, SMEs, OEMs and large enterprises
- Review key metrics of the partnerships and provide analysis on partnerships performance and how to improve
- Provide sales forecasts and manage partner relationships to achieve these forecasts.

**IS THIS YOU?**

To be considered for this role it is important you have innovation and entrepreneurial capability, as well as being an excellent communicator and possessing strong relationship building and maintaining stakeholder engagement. You will have successful commercial and/or residential sales experience, including growing new businesses into viable enterprises.

You will also have, or can show through your work history:

- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, marketing or management
- Experience delivering VPPs and solar and battery solutions
- Previous successful commercial and/or residential operational management experience
- Be customer centric - you'll be excited by delighting customers on their renewable energy journey
- Experience in delivering against business objectives in B2B2C markets, and have relationship management
- Designed and implemented delivery and service models both from operations and system perspective.
- Experience Leading teams
- Energy industry experience will be preferred but not essential
- System integration delivery
