Operational Partnership Lead

This role combines operational management, partnership development, customer support, financial oversight, and client relations.
The Role Responsibilities- Manage financial processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and updates in collaboration with the founder.
- Lead customer support operations, ensuring prompt, helpful, and friendly service for users.
- Assist with compliance documentation submissions.
- Support shareholder updates with the founder.
- Develop employee onboarding and support materials.
- Foster partnerships with venues, workplaces, and support services.
- Manage advertising packages for clients, ensuring strong ROI.
- Provide general business support, including administration and process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Experience managing business operations, partnerships, customer support, or client accounts.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, or administrative processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for partner, client, and customer engagement.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for supporting diverse communities.
