Your work will directly influence organisational capability and contribute to a high-performing future.If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, this is your chance to lead meaningful transformation.What you will bringIdeally the successful applicant will have the following:Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline such as Business, Organisational Development or Human Resources, or lesser formal qualifications with relevant experience.Hands-on experience in organisational development, business improvement, or related areas with an understanding of how to help teams and organisations grow and improve.Familiarity with Business Excellence frameworks or other continuous improvement models and how to apply them.Experience in reporting writing, delivering presentations, training and workshops.Knowledge of data-driven thinking, benchmarking, and research tools to analyse business processes and support smart decision making.Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with people at all levels to achieve shared goals.Current satisfactory National Police Check or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.Salary and conditionsThe position is classified within Band 6 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement, ranging from $93,602 to $101,911 per annum plus statutory superannuation.Benefits include flexible work arrangements, relocation assistance, annual performance-based financial recognition, study support, access to employee benefits, parental leave, recognition programs, discounted health insurance and gym memberships, and free counselling for employees and immediate family members.For the full list of benefits, please visit the Council's Careers page.Other employment detailsMildura Rural City Council is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a culture that values diversity.
