We are seeking a Strategic Transformation Expert to join our Organisational Performance Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead meaningful change, deliver impactful training, and work closely with leaders to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for helping shape and implement systems and strategies that support the organisation's long-term goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include championing Business Excellence principles, delivering corporate training, and promoting innovation across the organisation. You will also collaborate with teams to understand their operational needs, support improvement initiatives, and help embed a proactive, accountable, and forward-thinking culture.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how to help teams and organisations grow and improve.

Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline such as Business, Organisational Development or Human Resources, or lesser formal qualifications with relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in organisational development, business improvement, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with Business Excellence frameworks or other continuous improvement models.
  • Experience in reporting writing, delivering presentations, training, and workshops.
  • Knowledge of data-driven thinking, benchmarking, and research tools to analyse business processes and support smart decision making.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with people at all levels to achieve shared goals.
