Job Title:

Business Transformation Leader

About the Role:

This position is responsible for leading and implementing business transformation initiatives to drive organisational change, improve performance and enhance customer experience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business transformation, with expertise in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

They will be able to develop and implement effective change management strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive cultural change within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business transformation plans to achieve organisational objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programmes
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Management, Organisational Development)
  • Proven experience in business transformation, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
