Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
Develop custom homes, duplexes, and small-scale developments through expert design and documentation.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local councils to ensure seamless project delivery.
Oversee the coordination of design elements throughout the construction phase.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and building technologies.
Key Requirements
A valid Australian Architect Registration is essential.
Proven experience in high-end residential architecture is required.
Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit) is necessary.
A strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations is vital.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management is crucial.
