Residential Architecture Specialist

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of innovative residential projects.
The successful candidate will have experience in high-end residential architecture, proficiency in architectural design software, and strong knowledge of industry trends, materials, and building technologies.
You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional designs, while also ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and documentation of custom homes, duplexes, and small-scale developments.
- Collaborate with clients to develop bespoke design solutions.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- A valid Australian Architect Registration.
- Proven experience in high-end residential architecture.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit).
- Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
