Architecture Position

About the role:

  • We are seeking experienced Architects and graduates with residential experience to join our team.
  • Architects must have strong skills in ArchiCAD/BIM, particularly for graduate roles.
  • Candidates should possess a high level of design ability, excellent documentation and detailing skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Members will be involved in all design and documentation stages, including DA submissions, contractor interactions and council communications.
  • Work will span across all project phases.
  • Design decisions will be made and presented for discussion.
  • Collaboration with the design team and delivery of high-quality outputs is expected.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work is crucial.
  • Strong relationships with clients, consultants and team members are essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Completed qualifications in Architecture.
  • Strong ArchiCAD and drafting skills.
  • Experience in multi-residential or mixed-use projects is advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of regulations and compliance, including BCA and Australian Standards.
  • Ability to show initiative and work proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Able to manage sensitive information discreetly.
  • Can work autonomously within the guidance of associates or directors.
