Residential Architecture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead our residential design team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with clients and translate their vision into functional designs.
The successful candidate will have experience in high-end residential architecture, proficiency in Revit, and excellent communication skills.
- Australian Architect Registration is mandatory for this role.
- Proven track record of delivering custom home, duplex, and small-scale development projects.
- Strong understanding of the National Construction Code and local planning regulations.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Leading custom home, duplex, and small-scale development designs and documentation.
- Collaborating with clients to develop their architectural vision.
- Preparing architectural drawings and specifications in compliance with Australian standards.
- Liaising with consultants, contractors, and councils for seamless project delivery.
