We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects that reflect Sydney's diverse architectural landscape. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to creating exceptional homes, showcasing innovative design and quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop custom home designs, duplexes, and small-scale developments that meet Australian standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional designs.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications in compliance with industry best practices.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local councils to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and building technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Australian Architect Registration.
  • Proven experience in high-end residential architecture.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit).
  • Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
