Residential Architecture Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Architect to lead the design and delivery of custom homes in Sydney. With nearly two decades of experience, this opportunity offers an exciting chance to contribute to innovative residential projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop functional designs for high-end residential architecture, collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications in compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and local councils to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee the coordination of design elements throughout the construction phase.
- A valid Australian Architect Registration.
- Proven experience in high-end residential architecture.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit).
- Strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
