Residential Architecture Specialist

As a senior architectural professional, you have the opportunity to drive innovative design and project delivery in our Sydney office.
Main Responsibilities- Develop custom homes, duplexes, and small-scale developments through expert design and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional designs.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications in compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local councils to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee the coordination of design elements throughout the construction phase.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and building technologies.
- A valid Australian Architect Registration is essential.
- Proven experience in high-end residential architecture is required.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (Revit) is necessary.
- A strong understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC) and local planning regulations is vital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management is crucial.
