This is a full-time position with some flexibility for additional time off during School holidays.

**Description**

The Enrolments Officer will be responsible for:

- Managing and improving the enrolment process ensuring that all enquiries are followed up, actioned appropriately and timely to ensure we maximise our enrolment opportunities;
- Organising all documentation, computer processing and communication relating to the enrolment procedures of the College;
- Conducting tours of the College for prospective parents and students; and
- Keeping abreast of all Government regulations regarding enrolment of citizens, permanent residents and temporary residents.

**Personal Requirements**

The successful applicant will also be required to demonstrate:

- A commitment to quality service, customer care and effective customer liaison;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain constructive work relationships at all levels and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times;
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping and database management skills;
- Highly developed time management skills with the ability to establish and maintain priorities in an environment that needs a flexible yet systematic approach;
- A high standard of personal presentation and integrity; and
- Ability and desire to learn and develop professionally, personally, and spiritually;
**Applicants Must**
- Be able to demonstrate a Christian commitment consistent with the College’s Ethos;
- Have or be willing to obtain a ‘Working with Children Blue Card’ prior to commencement;
- Have current first aid certificate with CPR or willing to obtain;
- Have phenomenal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team; and
- Have a friendly, professional and positive demeanour.
