**Client Manager | Melbourne**

Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Client Manager to join our team which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for key mid-market and large corporate clients.

The Client Manager is responsible for providing best in class service for a diverse portfolio of clients specialising in a key specific practice area whilst working closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the portfolio. This Client Manager Role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this specialised practice area and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.

**What the day will look like**
- Growing and retaining a portfolio of key mid-market and large corporate clients
- Manage stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience
- Deliver Aon's key capabilities of our specialised solution lines to clients in a consultative manner
- Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions
- Develop new and profitable business within the insurance and risk management sector
- Contribute to the strategic direction within the portfolio
- Achieve renewal and new business budget
- Mentorship and development of team members

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

This position will suit a someone with the following experience:

- Exceptional client relationship management capabilities
- Experience and interest in insurance and risk management
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes
- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products and risk solutions
- Leadership and management or coaching experience
- Tier 1 Qualification
- Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
