**Donald, Victoria State, North West of Melbourne - Australia**: Our client is looking for a Junior Farm Manager - Cropping to join the team.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture
- At least 3 years work experience in crop farming
- Proven experience with **_Barley, Wheat, Lentils & Canola_**:

- Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment
- Computer literate
- Strong admin & record keeping skills
- Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively
- Maintenance and mechanically orientated
- Valid passport

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- The day-to-day management of all farming activities whilst reporting to Management
- Implement ' Best Practice' agricultural systems and standards to support crop production in consultation with the Farm Manager and Agronomists
- Assist with overseeing the operation and personally operate a variety of equipment and machinery such as tractors, sprayers, harvesters, air-seeders and other associated cropping equipment
- Ensure operational timelines are met
- Assist with overseeing and implement maintenance of farm plant and machinery
- Understanding and implementation of all procedures and protocols
- Ensuring key benchmarking targets are met and passion to strive to improve all aspects of the cropping operation
- Correctly using and overseeing the Trimble software through all machinery.
