Contract Resources, established in 1989, is a rapidly growing global organisation which provides specialised Industrial and Mechanical services to Refineries, Petrochemical and Industrial Plants and has offices based in Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, Safety is at the heart of our company culture and our services include, Catalyst Handling and Mechanical Services, Tank and Environmental Services, Industrial Coatings, Pipeline Services & Chemical decontamination.
**Key Role Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties as the first point of contact for the workshop
- Compile work instructions and fulfill the data entry requirements of the workshop.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations
- Book equipment in for maintenance and compile maintenance work packs
- Purchasing consumables and PPE
- Receipt and dispatch
- Assemble and submit monthly reporting
- Enter timesheets for maintenance staff
- Managing front of house asset pickups and drop offs
- Book freight for equipment leaving site
- Ensure Equipment Leaving Site documentation is completed prior to departure
- Carry out site inductions and maintain the site induction register
- Liaising with our internal customers
**Required Experience / Qualifications**
- Certificate III in Business Administration or 3+ years of experience in a related area
- Previous experience within the oil and gas industry or similar industry
- Strong coordination background and experience in managing conflicting and dynamic priorities
- Demonstrated Involvement in project delivery
- Evidence of outstanding HSE performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
