We have a rare opportunity for a Workshop Leading Hand to join our growing team at Acacia Ridge.

This role is ideal for a skilled Technician looking to step off the tools and develop their career in workshop leadership and supervision.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Supervising the daily workshop operations and rental fleet management.
- Allocating jobs, raising purchase orders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Coaching, mentoring, and providing technical support to your team.
- Managing administrative tasks including job documentation and workshop maintenance.
- Overseeing workshop safety standards and operational excellence.

**What It Takes to Succeed**:

- Mechanical Trade Qualification (Automotive or Diesel).
- Experience as a Technician in mechanical servicing and diagnostics (forklift experience advantageous).
- Desire to move off the tools and into a supervisory and administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
