Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced workshop administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous advanced level administration experience within a workshop environment, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality customer service, scheduling jobs, creating job numbers and tracking each job through to completion. They will also be generating and finalising detailed job invoices, efficiently responding to emails and phone calls, prioritising office workload and ensuring completion of tasks within specified deadlines.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will need to support and clearly communicate with directors and managers around business operations, reconcile transactions, end of month statements and manage customer accounts, expediting purchase orders and facilitating parts ordering and returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high quality customer service
  • Scheduling jobs, creating job numbers and tracking each job through to completion
  • Generating and finalising detailed job invoices
  • Efficiently responding to emails and phone calls, redirecting enquiries as required
  • Prioritising office workload to ensure completion of tasks within specified deadlines
  • Supporting business operations and managing customer accounts
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to drive company vehicles
  • Australian residency
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and Xero
  • Administration or Bookkeeping qualification is highly desirable
