
Workshop Administrator

This is a critical operational role within our business, supporting the administration of day-to-day functions in the workshop. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar positions and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Branch Manager and contribute to the team's commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize computer-based job management systems to process jobs efficiently;
- Manage data entry, staff time allocation, and timesheet management;
- Liaise with the purchasing department to procure necessary job parts;
- E nsure timely and accurate processing of paperwork;
- Assist in implementing and transitioning new ERP systems;
- Process deliveries for the business;
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction from the branch.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work autonomously and drive results;
- Familiarity with computer-based ERP systems;
- Broad knowledge of workshop, service, and general office administration;
- Prior experience in Industrial, Mining, Agriculture, or Defence sectors is beneficial but not essential.
