Position

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Assist with planning and scheduling
  • Reporting, admin and data
  • Occasional local pickups or drop offs of equipment and goods
  • Liaising with the team to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Customer service
  • Liaise with staff and customers to ensure that deadlines are met

Candidate

To be considered for the position it is essential for all candidates to have experience working in an administrative position.

  • Industrial equipment - Experience or exposure highly regarded
  • WH&S / First Aid certifications would be desirable
  • A current forklift ticket license would be desirable
  • Based in Brisbane - valid driver's license
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of computerised parts
  • The ability to work both autonomously and be part of a team
  • Strong focus on general safety standards
  • Strong communication skills
