Desktop Building Consultant

**Desktop Building Consultant**

Support the assessment and review of building claims from a desktop environment, reporting into the Manager, Building Consultancy Services, drawing on you experience as a Plumber

**What are my accountabilities?**
- Review images of plumbing work and prepare detailed reports and scopes of work for building claims.
- Ensure compliance with client and internal claim handling requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
- Accurately record and manage data and documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality and cost standards are met.

**About you**:

- Licensed Plumber
- 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims lifecycle and legislative frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound negotiation abilities.
