Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Building Consultant to support our clients with the assessment and review of building claims from a desktop environment.

  • Review images of plumbing work and prepare detailed reports and scopes of work for building claims.

  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal claim handling processes.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

  • Accurately record and manage data and documentation.

  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure quality and cost standards are met.

Requirements

Key Skills:
- Licensed Plumber
- 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims lifecycle and legislative frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound negotiation abilities.
