Job Title: Desktop Support Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to provide technical support and assistance to end users in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a full-time desktop support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
  • Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and remote troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Qualifications
