Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide in-house, day-to-day IT support and asset management to staff across our national footprint.

This is a hands-on role where your ability to communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and build trust will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent support while adapting quickly to changing needs
  • Fully document user interactions and create knowledge articles
  • Work collaboratively with diverse perspectives and follow established policies and procedures

You will work closely with other Desktop Support Engineers to deliver reliable support across hardware, software, and networking.

The ideal candidate will be an Australian citizen with a current security clearance or be willing to obtain one. You will also need to have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements:
  • Minimum two to three years' IT support experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related technologies
  • Asset management experience with Windows laptops and iPhones
  • Networking experience with Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti (desirable)
  • Atlassian (Jira Service Management and Confluence) experience (desirable)
