- Providing effective leadership aligned to EPlus values, mission and operational plans-
- Ensuring that all aspects of our Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level-
- Driving team performance and productivity, ensuring your site consistently delivers commercial returns whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants-
- Establish and maintain a network of key internal and external stakeholders- About you- Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management (highly regarded)-
- Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams-
- Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people living with a disability-
- A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders-
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs-
