We have an exciting opportunity for a **Full Time Maintenance Coordinator **to join our friendly team. This is your chance to be part of our GREAT team, working alongside customers and other team members delivering memorable experiences. You'll build, repair, maintain and work on projects that will make life great.

**Springwood Sports Club **is based in Springwood (Blue Mountains) and is a warm, welcoming, newly renovated club focusing on gathering together community, friends and family.

**Main duties of the role**
- ** General Maintenance and Repairs**: handling the day-to-day maintenance and repair work on site
- ** Contractor coordination**: liaising with, inducting and monitoring external contractors conducting maintenance/repair work
- ** Compliance**: identifying and reporting any workplace hazards or security discrepancies
- ** Budgets**: monitor the property budget for each site and process invoices
- Overseeing grounds maintenance
- Be on call for advice on emergencies as required after hours
- Project work when required

**About you**
- Some experience in the use of power tools
- Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced environment
- A can-do attitude with a high level of personal presentation & communication.
- A strong desire to expand your knowledge and constantly improve your skill set.
- Computer literacy
- This is a hands-on position so the ability to coordinate and carry out maintenance with mínimal impact to the business is a must

Other desirable knowledge includes:

- Cost monitoring
- Patch & repair knowledge
- Painting experience and knowledge
