We are on the lookout for a practical, organised individual to join Andrews Meat Industries as a full time Maintenance Coordinator. If you are someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and knows how to juggle tasks, then you may be a good fit for this role.
About your new role
We are meat processing company where people genuinely care about the work they do and the team around them. This role would suit someone who likes structure, can think a few steps ahead, and takes pride in staying on top of the details.

What are the role responsibilities?
This role would be responsible but not limited to the following tasks :
Organising and scheduling maintenance jobs for technicians and external contractors
Keeping track of maintenance requests and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
Logging all maintenance work and keeping records tidy
Managing regular maintenance schedules for our machinery, equipment and building
Getting quotes, booking services and following up with suppliers and service providers
Checking in on ongoing repair jobs to ensure timely completion
Handling admin tasks for the maintenance team
Responding to queries from both inside and outside the business about maintenance work and schedules
Supporting the engineering and maintenance function of the business
Who we are looking for?
What we need from you is
Minimum 3 years' relatable maintenance experience
Unrestricted Driver's License and a good driving record
Great communication - you are comfortable talking to technicians, contractors and other teams
A self-starter who can get things moving without being chased
Comfortable using systems and entering data accurately
Desirable, but not essential :
Any relevant other tickets or licenses e.g. working at heights, working in confined spaces, forklift license etc.
