About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating maintenance activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with teams to publish maintenance schedules considering operational requirements
  • Coordinate maintenance intervals in line with Operational Requirements
  • Regular upkeep of the CMMS ensuring all sites are updated with latest asset information and policies
  • Procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment
  • Monitoring and reviewing maintenance tasks against agreed timings
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time management abilities and capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of plant maintenance
