We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support continuous operations.
- Organize and schedule all maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime to achieve results and deliver key performance indicators.
- Manage contractor activities, reporting & documentation, and oversee inductions for site access.
- Evaluate and recommend strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
You will have a strong understanding of safety work practices, problem solving skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and process diagrams.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities as a Maintenance Planner will include:
- Developing and implementing effective maintenance plans and schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and performing data analysis.
- Coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Identifying and recommending opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
To be successful as a Maintenance Planner, you will need:
- A proven track record of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant trade certifications and licenses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
