Job Title: Maintenance CoordinatorThe maintenance coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of high-security scientific facilities. This position requires a strong background in maintenance planning, preferably in industrial or scientific environments.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain master data in SAP Plant Maintenance systems.
  • Manage the effective functioning of SAP to support maintenance planning and work order dissemination.
  • Plan, prioritize, and allocate routine and non-routine maintenance tasks across critical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in SAP PM and CMMS software.
  • Strong background in maintenance planning, ideally in industrial or scientific environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team of experienced planners.
  • Holds or is eligible for Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen preferred; PR considered).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing priorities.
