As a key player in our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating routine, corrective, and breakdown maintenance works across a diverse site.

You will prioritize maintenance activities, manage day-to-day allocation of work, and ensure all tasks are completed within timeframes and safety standards.

About the Role

The Maintenance Planner will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, working closely with supervisors, sub-contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for managing scope of works, tendering, and contract documentation, as well as sourcing contractors for non-routine works.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance strategy, planning, and coordination.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
