We are looking for someone who has a 'can do' attitude, is a team player and be able to build rapport within the Firm as we pride ourselves on our culture.

As the Office Services Assistant you will assist with day-to-day general office administration duties to keep the office functioning at its best at all times. In this role you will report to the National Facilities & Administration Manager and work closely with the Perth Office Services team.

**Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Mail distribution, courier bookings and CBD deliveries
- Ordering catering, stationery and kitchen supplies
- Lodging and managing facilities issues ensuring the office is free from defects as well as clean and tidy
- Managing our security system and programming security passes
- Implementing the record management policy for archiving and file management
- Assisting Receptionists and Events Manager to organise and prepare for onsite events
- Meeting room set up and reception relief.

**Experience, skills and attributes**:

- Professional and polished presentation with excellent verbal and written communication as well as sound computer skills
- Physically able to assist with room sets ups, internal office moves and CBD deliveries
- Experience in a customer service role will be highly regarded
- Ability to undertake safe manual handling (lifting small boxes)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive 'can do' attitude to work with a flexible approach.
