An established and respected financial institution is seeking 5-6 Casual Contact Centre Service Officers to join its Perth-based team. Your new role

As a Contact Centre Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and specialised service to members, customers, and colleagues. The role involves answering inbound calls and providing high-quality support across a range of enquiries.

Hours: Approx hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm
