
Workforce Planning Specialist

Our organization seeks a Strategic Scheduling Manager to plan, forecast and analyze workloads, create schedules, and produce reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Comply with quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures for high-quality services and workplaces
- Gather data, generate reports, and disseminate accurate information to stakeholders for decision-making support
- Collaborate with stakeholders regarding workforce planning performance information and statistics to facilitate the exchange of information and decision-making
- Promote change and improvement initiatives within the team environment to foster a culture of growth, continuous improvement, and development
- Collect, analyze and forecast workload data to ensure service delivery targets are achieved
- Develop scheduling plans in line with forecasts, staff preferences, availability, and business needs to maintain compliance and achieve targets
- Monitor and track workload and service levels to identify changes and implement scheduling adjustments to achieve service delivery targets
- Maintain records and use Department's planning tool to ensure data integrity and effective planning and decision-making
Requirements:- Experience using workforce management software is essential
- Advanced analytical and numerical reasoning skills to support effective recommendations and decision-making
- Proven skills in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate short, medium, and long-term forecasts to support business requirements
- Experience in developing blended rosters catering for inbound and outbound calls
- Advanced organizational and planning skills to prioritize and deliver objectives within agreed timeframes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment and willingness to actively support others to achieve outcomes
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, open communication, and a positive environment within a multidisciplinary team, actively contributing to the learning and development of others
