**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Workforce Planning Specialist**
- Supporting the establishment, review and maintenance of strategic workforce planning policies, practices, programs, and tools to meet organisational needs.
- Developing and managing strategic workforce planning activities in accordance with the organisation's strategy and frameworks.
- Reviewing and analyzing workforce data from multiple sources and converting analytical findings into meaningful and actionable insights.
- Providing high quality regular and ad-hoc reporting of workforce and people data.
- Contributing to data governance and structure conversations that ensures the integrity and enhancement of workforce and people data.

**What will you bring**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a strategic workforce planning specialist or analyst role.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field including Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience developing strategic workforce planning initiatives to plan for, attract and retain the right talent.
- Demonstrated capability to analyse workforce datasets, scenario modelling and building reporting solutions to gain actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience with reporting and workforce model development (preferably utilising Microsoft Excel and Power BI).
