Job Title
National Engineering Manager
A high-performing leader is sought to spearhead the engineering and design management team with vision, collaboration, and a commitment to exceptional outcomes.
The successful candidate will drive innovation, sustainability, and safety while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic plans to improve engineering efficiency and align with project goals.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting growth, engagement, and talent attraction.
Represent the organization in negotiations and engage with stakeholders, including technical regulators, suppliers, customers, industry associations, and government representatives.
Ensure projects are delivered to Australian standards, legislative requirements, and organizational specifications.
Drive commercial contracting culture and deliver agreed EBIT targets and commercial KPIs.
Develop engineering functions to support growth and client requirements.
Anticipate and plan for change to maintain a competitive edge.
