About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for the performance and outcomes of our engineering team.

You will provide technical leadership and operational management, ensuring that engineering contributions are delivered to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Authoring, reviewing, and approving technical documentation
  • Managing day-to-day resourcing
  • Supporting knowledge capture through accurate documentation
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A proven track record of technical leadership within a Defence or aerospace environment
  • Experience using applicable engineering toolsets
  • Systems engineering experience
  • An accredited degree in engineering
  • Extensive experience in relatable technical/engineering roles
  • The ability to manage scope, budgets, and schedules
