Innovative Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to drive technical excellence and delivery success across our squads.
This is a permanent position that combines technical leadership, people management, and delivery leadership to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Oversee and execute the technical strategy of the team, lead the technical design of solutions within your team, and maintain systems health and engineering compliance.
- People Leadership: Guide and manage individual contributors to foster career development and team cohesion, conduct mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews, and partner with HR in managing performance and providing coaching and development feedback.
- Delivery Leadership: Deliver the product roadmap, tracking and communicating progress, provide forecasts and timelines contributing to product roadmaps, and manage project trackers with support from Finance.

We are looking for someone with experience in leading and inspiring engineering teams to achieve excellence. You should have technical expertise and leadership capabilities at the forefront of your success, enabling you to design robust solutions and efficiently manage complex production systems.
