Job Title

National Engineering Manager

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve engineering efficiency and align with project goals.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting growth, engagement, and talent attraction.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and engage with stakeholders, including technical regulators, suppliers, customers, industry associations, and government representatives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to Australian standards, legislative requirements, and organizational specifications.
  • Drive commercial contracting culture and deliver agreed EBIT targets and commercial KPIs.
  • Develop engineering functions to support growth and client requirements.
  • Anticipate and plan for change to maintain a competitive edge.
