We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Information Systems Change, Education & Support Officer to join our team.

This role will coordinate and oversee clinical information systems (CIS) change and adoption activities, and be the key liaison between clinical staff, Digital Health, Clinical Applications and Healthscope IT teams. The role is key in developing internal capability and user competency with respect to CIS.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Worked with various technology platforms including EMR, MS Office
- Experience with vendor relationship management and collaboration
- Worked within a fast paced environment with competing priorities
- Led successful quality/performance/process improvement initiatives to deliver desired outcomes
- Contributed to the successful implementation of new idea and/or a change
- Relevant IT experience in Clinical Information Systems including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Medication Management Systems.

**Desirable skills**:

- Change management certification
- Relevant tertiary clinical qualification and experience
- Worked in a public-private hospital environment
