Job Title:
Clinical Training Facilitator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Facilitator to join our organisation.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate and mentor nurses in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging, evidence-based training materials for nurses.
Design customized assessment tools and learning pathways to meet the needs of nurses.
Ensure training materials align with regulatory, accreditation, best clinical practice and professional standards.
Continuously review and update programs to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
Play a key role in the ongoing professional development of nurses.
Deliver training to meet aged care's policies and procedure outcomes.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training is aligned with best practice.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support training goals.
Provide ongoing guidance and training for workplace trainers and assessors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in learning development and adult learning principles.
Strong ability to design and deliver effective education programs.
Expertise in learning strategy development, instructional design, facilitation, leadership development and engagement.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Superior relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116).
At least 5 years of clinical experience.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering aged care education programs.
