Our organization seeks a highly skilled and dedicated professional to oversee clinical information systems change and adoption activities. This role will coordinate closely with various teams, including digital health, clinical applications, and IT teams.The ideal candidate will possess effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. They must also have experience working with technology platforms, including electronic medical records and MS Office, as well as vendor relationship management and collaboration expertise.Additionally, this individual will lead quality/performance/process improvement initiatives and contribute to the implementation of new ideas and changes. Relevant IT experience in clinical information systems, including electronic medical record and electronic medication management systems, is highly desirable.Key Requirements:
  • Experience working with technology platforms, including EMR and MS Office
  • Vendor relationship management and collaboration experience
  • Success in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
  • Led quality/performance/process improvement initiatives to deliver desired outcomes
  • Contributed to the implementation of new ideas and/or changes
  • Relevant IT experience in Clinical Information Systems, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Medication Management Systems
Desirable Skills:
  • Change management certification
  • Relevant tertiary clinical qualification and experience
  • Experience working in public-private hospital environments
