We are currently seeking a dedicated Technology Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong background in technical product support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary point of contact for sales teams and customers, handling both technical and non-technical queries with ease.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software and hardware efficiently.
Offer clear and effective support through phone, email, and in-person interactions, guiding users through solutions with detailed instructions.
Document issues and solutions to build comprehensive knowledge bases, ensuring seamless future support.
Develop sample code to support customers porting applications to our products.
Customer project leadership:
Collaborate with customers on their projects, assisting them in coordinating internal and external activities.
Work with global teams to manage market hardware releases.
Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations.
Product training and subject matter expertise:
Deliver training sessions to customers on our solutions.
Present demonstrations to prospective customers as part of the sales process.
Qualifications and attributes:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in a technology-related role. Essential skills include:
A robust understanding of the Android operating system.
Familiarity with the payments market is highly desirable.
Proven ability to work effectively with distributors and partners across various regions, particularly in Australia and New Zealand.
A self-motivated individual who can thrive in a small team environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
The capacity to adapt to fast-paced environments.
