We are looking to recruit a highly organised and efficient **People Services Officer **to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the People Services Manager, the role is responsible for providing accurate and timely support as part of a shared service function that supports team members and leaders across WesTrac WA. It is a **high-volume time-bound transactional role**, with **strong customer service at its core**, with work generated by a ticketing system from internal customers across the business.

The support the Officer provides encompasses the Team Member Life Cycle (onboarding to offboarding), works towards maintaining consistency and standardisation of processes, preserves accuracy of data within Employee Central in Success Factors and is a great introduction into the People & Culture function and creates a learning pathway to explore various elements within the function

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Administration, HR Officer or Generalist role with exposure to working with frontline operations
- A customer focus with a drive to deliver underpinned by the ability to problem solve - using own initiative to find an outcome, seek out information and provide resolution
- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills and capacity to continuously multi-task and prioritise workload in line with fortnightly pay run
- Flexible and adaptable approach - ability to work within a consistently changing and fluid environment, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate and manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Exceptional grammar, verbal, and written communication skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Demonstrates a Growth Mindset and an eagerness to learn and improve in the role
- Previous experience in SuccessFactors and/or SAP (desirable)
