Our Client, Kariyarra Glass Services t/a Novus Glass, is looking for a Scheduling & Service Officer to join their growing team in South Perth.

Kariyarra Glass Services t/a Novus Glass provides windscreen chip and crack repairs, replacements, and calibration services for businesses and the general public. Their Team of windscreen technicians operates in Port Hedland and on mine sites throughout the Pilbara region of WA.

About the Role

The Scheduling and Service Officer is central to ensuring smooth daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating bookings, supporting technicians, managing administration, and delivering excellent customer service.

This is a permanent role, based in South Perth with an occasional travel to their office in Port Hedland.

About You

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational, scheduling, and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident communicator with sound computer and system skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to travel to site occasionally for administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Planner, Lists, etc)
  • Australian Drivers Licence C class
  • Previous experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination across operational or service-based industries is highly regarded
  • Experience in mining or the automotive industry is desirable
