Our client is looking for 3 experienced Customer Service Officers to work within the healthcare industry. Based in South Guildford, it is a temporary position with full-time hours, and a possible opportunity to become permanent and take on more responsibilities after proven good performance. The hours are on a rotating roster, so we need someone who is available between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. This role is in the office each day, there is no hybrid or WFH available.

**Key Responsibilities**:- Booking in appointments for customers.- Working collaboratively within the growing team to ensure smooth daily operations- Maintaining confidentiality given the medical nature of the role

**About You**:
- Minimum one year experience in a contact centre customer service role- High level of written and verbal communication skills- Competent across a range of administrative tasks with an ability to be adaptable and manage competing priorities
